Sugar Glow:

For a delicious treat for your skin, try this sweet and tantalizing Sugar Glow.
 
Brown sugar and milk mixed into a thick paste, apply to your face as a mask, leave on for 5 minutes and gently wash off with your favorite washcloth and warm water.
Use it as a Sugarglow and gently exfoliate and detox your skin by scrubbing with this in your shower or bath, you'll love it!
Rosacea:
Want to get rid of the rosacea on your face?   Try Mac's eye cream!   It is formulated to clear up the areas that are the least hydrated on your face and the rosacea  on your cheeks.  The secret?  Caffeine and green tea extract in the formula.  Another great Rosacea cure is Burt's bee's Green Tea Facial Oil.  Mix a few drops of it into your daily moisturizer for help diminish uneven skin tone



Smoothing out the wrinkles:
Bananas are good for more that the potassium.  Mush a banana into a good paste and apply to your face, leave it on for 15 - 20 minutes and wash off. 
Oh so soft skin treatment while you soak in the bath:
While soaking in the bath and detoxifying your body, try this super hydrating facial!   Get a soft washcloth wet with warm, (not hot) water.  Steam your face for 5 minutes by placing the wash cloth from your forehead to your chin.
Remove washcloth, apply a coat of shea butter to your face.  Get the washcloth renewed with warm water again.  Place the washcloth on your face and relax.   When your remove the washcloth you will have glowing hydrated skin.  Once out of the bath, pat yourself dry and while your skin is still warm, apply a thin coat of shea butter to hydrate your legs and feet.  Make sure that you have pair of slippers to put on after applying the shea butter to your feet so you do not fall on the bathroom floor.  Favorite sources for Shea Butter?:   Wildroot Salon on 90th and Roosevelt in Seattle & Ballard Organics on Brooklyn & 50th in the University District in Seattle.    

Healing tea bag for the bath:  
Sore from a workout or stressed muscles, try this:
Place in a coffee filter fresh sweet basil, a thin lemon slice, and a splash of Olive oil, tie off.
Run a hot bath and throw the teabag in, let steep for ten minutes, and then soak in this heavenly bath.
 
Healthy Hair:
 
Ashleigh uses the Flax seed oil/evening primrose blend every day for shiny lustrous hair!

Tips to Keep Your Pets Safe:
1) Keep your pet inside!
If your pet is inside the risk of your pet running away is highly reduced.
2) Clean your house!
The air inside your home is 2-5 more dense than the air outside, so dust those shelves!
3) Check your pet food!
With increased pet food recalls, your pet could be at risk. Check at:
