Cowen Park Massage Clinic is an affiliate of Siete Lobos Healing Arts.

Often times the pain that you feel in your body is not only an indicator or an injury, but of the somatic memory (the trauma stored in the cells of your body and clustered or walled off in a particular area or system). The Somatic Memory can be triggered by external events with our body delivering a programmed response. The Therapeutic Modalities that we utilize can assist and support you in the process of moving past this patterning into a newer and healthier you.

Meet the Therapists:
Lisa Eileen Lentz LMT CRMT, 206-218-8960
Lisa is the Manager of Cowen Park Massage Clinc, Co-founder of Sister Wolf Healing Retreats, and Founder of Siete Lobos Healing Arts Reiki Training Program.
She has been doing energywork for 32 years, has been an LMT for 10 years, was a surgical assistant in the medical community for 18 years, an internationally published poet, Journalist for an online Reiki Journal, is a Sound Healer, Certified Bodywork Counselor, Ordained Reverand, and has a degree in music performance and composition from a music conservatory.
She is dedicated to offering her best, and to facilitate you in awakening to your best and authentic self. She has done extensive work with divorce and trauma recovery, and brings the message through her work that there is hope for healing.
She has been called one of the best LMT's and Reiki Masters in the Seattle area by her clients of many years and her students. Lisa strives to be her personal best and to live a full and authentic life. She brings this zest for living and dedication to the Healing Arts to her treatments and infuses her students with it as well!
Lisa is also the mother of 3 children and understands the day-to-day juggling act that you as a parent beautifully do each day.
Ashleigh Elizabeth Gustavson, Certified Reiki Master 206-409-7420:
Ashleigh is the founder of Laughing Nua Animal Reiki, and is Assistant Manager for SLHA Reiki Training Program. She has been doing energy work for 13 years and working with animals her entire life.
Ashleigh co-teaches Reiki Classes, and co-facilitates all Reiki events at SLHA.
She is a gifted writer, and uses her beautiful intuitive abilities to connect to what you are needing and what your body is saying. Her work with animals has been profound, although you will never find a review from her clients, just lots of wagging tails, bright eyes, and healthy coats!
Ashleigh believes that you have the power to be the strong and fully connected person that you were born to be and brings this flavor to each and every treatment.
Her calming presence sets you at ease immediately.
Ashleigh offers Dual Reiki Treatments with Lisa at SLHA and enjoys the synergy of the work.
Michael Richard Lentz LMP 206-724-5334:
Michael has been licensed for 11 years and specializes in Myofascial Release, Myosomatic Unwindings, Somatic Body, Structual Bodywork, and Deep Tissue.
He uses his intuitive gift to tap into the body's pain zones, and utilizing his expertise, releases the message of pain to one of balance and improved range-of-motion.
He assisted Steven Goldstein, Internationally acclaimed Somatic Specialist, in his course work for several years and started this even before he had graduated from massage school himself.
He has been reviewed on Yelp.com as the best Deep Tissue Massge Therapist in the greater Seattle area. His clients of many years will agree!
Michael feels that working with the Somatic System that you can balance body/mind/spirit, and move past the patterning that is holding you back from being your personal best.
