Pip claims are $90 for 60 minutes. This is billed directly to your insurance company for you. Proof of active claim required.
If we are billing your Insurance Company for your Therapeutic Massage. We will need a Massage Prescription with the diagnostic codes on it and the doctor's referral number. There are no discounted services on Insurance work due to the time and paperwork involved. If you are self-referred and the claim gets returned for a prescription from the doctor, you will need to get the prescription from the doctor (with the diagnostic codes, and doctor referral #) for resubmission of the claim or pay the remainder of the cost of the massage. |
