Kindly remember the 24 hour re-scheduling/cancellation policy. The fee for less than the 24 hour period is the cost of the session originally scheduled. PIP appointments also apply. Should you miss a PIP/L&I treatment, you are responsible for the fee, not the insurance company. No show fee is the cost of the session booked. This is payable within 7 days of the originally scheduled appointment. Family, work, and personal emergencies are seriously considered.
Reiki Class Sign-up:
If you are signing up for a Reiki class, please call Lisa 206-218-8960 or Ashleigh 206-409-7420 to register. If you want to pay ahead, we will email you a paypal invoice which is paid prior to the class.
===>Paypal invoices:<=== Paypal invoices are for established clients, people that I have seen two or more times, or for clients that were referred by an established client. The Paypal invoice is emailed to you and is paid via a secured website, payable within 24 hours of the invoice being emailed to you.
If you are being emailed a Paypal invoice, payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. If for any reason you should find that you are unable to pay the invoice within the 24 hour period, the Paypal fee (normally paid by me) will be paid by you and a new Paypal invoice adding in the Paypal service fee will be emailed to you. Valid Student ID required in order to receive the Student Discounts on Services and Classes. Please call with any questions.
Siete Lobos Healing Arts is a Therapeutic ONLY Massage Service:
We offer draping only services. The drape that we use is a sheet on top of the body. No Exceptions on draping. We are a Therapeutic ONLY service, no sensual or sexual massage, or happy endings.
***Teacher Package Note***:
If you have purchased a Teacher's Package, both massages must be used 30 days from the date they were paid for. You can transfer them to a friend or family member with a phone call or a note to Lisa 206-218-8960, merrymeet12003@yahoo.com. |
